Chef Andy Clark is a Maryland native and a chef who trained under masters like Eric Ripert and Fabio Trabocchi, now he runs the kitchen at the the charming and inventive Napoli Pasta Bar in Columbia Heights in Washington DC. Chef Clark brings his own take on Italian classics by incorporating local and seasonal ingredients to bolster the flavors.
