i know a lot of ppl find these kinds of videos weird but here’s why they help me out. (tmi btw) i have a very irrational fear of being raped in my sleep, and can’t fall asleep unless i think i am not alone. i need some reminder that i’m not in my house alone. when i listen to these audios is helps remind me that i’m not alone and i am protected. i can’t fall asleep unless i think someone is here w me, so these audios help so so much, especially when i can imagine someone who brings me comfort and laughs. so ty for making these.
