I am Nephi Acaling. I am native to Bacolod City but currently living in Cebu City, Philippines. I’ve lived in different countries like Singapore, Japan and United States due to job assignments. I was in the US when I started this channel thus the confusion to some where I am truly based.
At a time, I was a band vocalist performing every Friday and Saturday night at a local bar chain but recently decided to quit from my band to focus on my KZbin Channel and my full-time job as an engineer.
I was a member of the Filipino Voice Symphony where I was taught by professional chorale singers (e.g. former soprano from UP Madrigal Singers). Our choral group actually bagged the Gold Medal in the International A cappella Championships held in Singapore in 2011.
I was the Glee Club President and was a trainer for various singing competitions when I was in the university - all these were humbling experiences for me.
I enjoy watching videos especially singing performances and react to them.
I keep my reactions real and natural.

Actually he more experienced than akim in music industry.. He started his career with his band (Boboy band) I'm not sure when but they activated in Malaysia's music industry since 2001.. But, Akim started his career since 2009 even akim had music background family etc Mat mega band & Sofie S. However akim had his own style and power in performance. Peace ✌️ yo!!

the lyric is about the sadness and frustration because of the love one has passed away. Indeed, naqiu managed to sing this song in his own style. he expressed the sadness aggressively while akim expressed his feelings emotionally and soulful... He is like a storyteller when he sings. That's why people will feel his emotions. So it is not fair to make a comparison between this two. They are good in their own style 😊 love your reactions nephi.

When did the judge said Naqiu was miming the guitar solo? I watched it 3 times, every judge gave him high praises. Tok Ram said he didn't know that Naqiu could play before but he could hear the soul in Naqiu's playing and complimented him for it. Naqiu played again at the end because the host told him to, to prove to others who might said he just miming. No judge said Naqiu was miming..
