The scholars of the spiritual path found methodical benefit in the recitation of this Name (Hu) as part of spiritual practices seeking to fulfill the call of the Quran and Sunna to cultivate presence of heart (hudur) with Allah Most High. @@muhammadhasan786 there’s many ways brother to dhikr of Allah narrated why are we doing unnecessary movements genuinely ok you do it but I think it’s safer to go in the day of judgement doing the dhikr that the pious predecessors Allah is all hearing not need to scream so loud also plus moving the heads it’s just not what the companies did brother may Allah help us and guide All
