They call it the Chinese super server because it's the biggest server and also where immortal war, which is a more competitive game mode (than ranked) so the average player there is much better than the highest ranked players in other servers (in general) specially since deemo is in the top 250 (iirc)

starfall souljade. you grapple someone, use grapple LMB and then immediately press grapple again to teleport and attack. I think it depends on the weapon you use what kind of special attack you get
