Plain flour - 1 + 1/4 cups
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Sugar - 1 tblsp
Oil/ghee - 1 tblsp
slightly hot water - 7 Tblsp (1/2 cup minus 1 tblsp)
oil for deep frying

আপু , হাতে বানানো পরোটা আমরা যেভাবে নরমাল ফ্রিজে মাঝখানে ক্লিং ফ্লিম দিয়ে সংরক্ষন করি। লুচি কি সেভাবে বানিয়ে রাখলে ফ্রিজে এক দুই দিন সংরক্ষন করা যাবে??সেক্ষেত্রে পরবর্তীতে ভাজার সময় লুচি কি ফুলবে??
