Verry good hospital whit no discrimination of body color

The nursing staff, both in ICU and wards are very unprofessional, ill trained and careless with near zero concern for patient's condition. My mother was admitted in ICU with pneumonia. Everytime we visited her, she was shaking and trembling due to cold and was not privided even a blanket. Her bed was found wet many a times. This was repeated almost on all visits. The linen and blankets were so shabby, you would find better than that in orphanages. We lost our mother but I can't get over the torture she faced due to such a poor care.
