इसी तरह से मैं एक Narcissist लड़की के hoovering का शिकार हुआ था। उसपर trust करके उसे दोबारा मौका दिया तो, वो लड़की कुछ दिन बाद फिर से rough tone में बात करना शुरू कर दी। बार बार ऐसी बातें करती थी, जिससे मेरा मानसिक संतुलन खराब हो। last time वो लड़की जब मिली थी, तब उसको 4 थप्पड़ मार कर उससे contact खत्म कर दिया। इतना कुछ होने के बाद भी वो 6 month बाद unknown number से मुझसे contact करने की कोशिश की, but मैंने ignore किया, उसे block कर दिया। बहुत time बाद मुझे समझ आया, वो narcissist लड़की मेरे अच्छे education और lifestyle से जलती थी, मेरा mental health खराब करने के लिए उस लड़की का सोंचा समझा plan था। उससे अलग जब से हुआ, तब से relaxed feel कर रहा हूँ। आज मैं खुश हूँ।

Narcissism is a tendency while Narcissist Personality Disorder is a personality disorder. There are many other personality disorders like Bipolar Personality Disorder (Ranbir's character in Tamasha) and most of them are non curable as these are not Disease but Disorder. NPD is also non curable.

I really don't like this to say but my sister is like this I cannot trust her she always compare herself with other people and even with me She cannot take if someone compliments me. She gets Jealous.... I can see her on her face whenever something happens good to me she try to bring me down in her own ways She thinks that she is perfect but whenever some other person is appreciated she cannot take it -- be it MONEY, CARRER, STUDEIS, and BEAUTY... She wants to be on top in everything Jab usko koi kaam nikalna hota hai to she comes and talks very nicely and jab kaam nikal jata hai tab OMG she will be like who are u ??? One reason could be that your personality is such that you are an easy target for narcissists & attracting on narcissists in your life...so you have to change your personality to attract normal people... there are plenty of videos on KZbin about narcissists..learn n work on changing your personality & befriend normal boring people as they're better than narcissists n your life will be more peaceful
