I would like to get a bathroom break on my job being solo as an operator. However, my job equipment is so antiquated being at almost three decades old. There is not an option to forward calls or detail for even 5 minutes. How do I go about requesting again without resigning like most do.

Well. I've been fired. My narcolepsy worsened, i lost my fmla recertification paperwork and they wouldn't send new paperwork to my doctor. I got a call at 4am from them saying I was supposed to be there working. I told them the accommodation prevented me from working at 4am and they fired me.
