I've always loved his style of interview... He pulls facts from early in their career, or something that heavily influenced people, that NO ONE else knows, and then just asks a clip of it, and they fill in the rest. You can always see their eyes light up, and their brain spinning as they are rolling down memory lane, and tell the story behind that fact.
