what will happen if we do not release the connection by calling finalize method which needed to be released?

those resources may deny connection if another program wants to establish connection. for example if we take a file operation. and two program A,B. if program A doesn't close the connection with the file, later when program B tries to connect with the file it might see an error "file already opened or file busy" etc kind of errors.
