Mongolian cuisine predominantly consists of dairy products, meat, and animal fats. The most common rural dish is cooked mutton. In the city, steamed dumplings filled with meat-"buuz"- are popular. I like to try all of them. Love from Korea🇰🇷💕

The hosts speak Oirat Mongolian dialect, also known in Russia as Kalmyk. Usually spoken in Kalmykia (Russia), Western Mongolia and Xingjian (China). Phoetically sounds like Turkish but Mongolian words :)

@@forumtroll117 No, I'm mongolian and I live in a province where Nargie lives. There were so many lockdowns here. Some strict and some loose. That's why there were only Khan's Kitchen running on the channel since you would't need to gather many people in countriside where no one lives. We were partially open since spring. But still not fully open. At least we can visit in town freely now. That's why he's on the channel again visitting hotels and locals.

They literally make fun of milk tea in the west. But here in steppes, we say "Hold my milk tea!" and it may look and feel strange but it tastes fabulous!

Milk in tea is the standard here in Sweden. People look at me like I'm from a different planet when I tell them that I prefer tea without milk.
