Check out the Skyrim on Skooma mod. I saw it on KZbin. Skooma now gives you full-blown hallucinations. I haven't tried it yet. I just got into modding and have been looking for good immersion and environmental improvement ones.

I install extended dialogue mods whenever I find them. It's a category of mods that are the most enriching.
