Yeah, the 'there's levels to this'-saying rings true. I wish I could say that he outweighs me significantly, but the truth is that I have around 3 kilos/6 pounds on him (I'm around 70 kg, while he is 67 kg).

You’re quite right. I think it’s the only time I’ve ever done that. I was a little late for the session, as I got stuck in traffic. So I was a distracted and forgot to take it off.
