Narrative & Gameplay of Firewatch (Nature Simulator) is heartbreaking at times, but always beautiful

I think you have more character story options and arc than Cyberpunk 2077. LOL That's a joke... but still. =) It starts in Boulder, Colorado, and ends in Wyoming wilderness. More description below:
Firewatch is, basically, a walking simulator. It's a short (2-5 hours?) and relatively linear game if you know how to use a compass and map. It's also peaceful, beautiful, and evolves into a nice little nature-mystery. You have one lifeline to the human race, another Firewatcher named Delilah, deep in the Wyoming wilderness.
This is the opening title sequence, about 10 minutes. This was a relaxing, peaceful, stunning game to play during a pandemic, which really showcases the future of video games as storytelling. It does grow increasingly intense (ie more dramatic, but not FPS like Doom intense LOL).
For those not understanding the existential story dealing with the complexity of the human condition, and that there are few truths or absolute facts... [no spoilers] some people have mentioned the ending isn't totally satisfying. That being said, I believe that comes from kids playing the game who don't get the complexity of real adult stories, decisions, and lives. This definitely has adult themes.
You also get a camera, and the screenshot utility they have is fun and the pics are beautiful! =)
