Just returned from seeing Wicked at the Palace theatre in Manchester. The tickets were booked as a birthday present from my daughter on July 2023!!! It was fantastic would recommend it. Great vlog as usual. Perfect end to a perfect day. ❤

1:20 A little helpful tip with these nose sprays: Stick them up your nose and tilt the bottom of the bottle up and away from your face, if that makes sense. And slowly breathe in while spraying. Your sinus cavities are closer to your nostrils. Hopefully that will help with the burning sensation you’re feeling.

Rufus is such a good boy for staying on his own .We have a Doberman and we can't leave him at all I am retired so it's not to difficult but hubby and I can't do anything together like to for a meal or Tesco shop 😀😀 he is nine now and we have tried everything good job we love him so much . Really enjoy seeing what you get up to everyday xxx

We went ti Tesco today as well. The shoppers are less grumpy there but I understand how stressful shopping is. If I worry about whether the frozen stuff will fit in the freezer yours must be ten times worse. I was wondering where Clive was oh the drama. Rufus looked so cosy in his nest he stole the show. That Hellman’s plant based mayo is just the best. I buy it in threes as there’s no knowing when it will next be on the shelf. Very sadly, I left a newly opened jar in a friend’s fridge (15 miles away) today, thus proving that stock piles are absolutely necessary.

I recommend a Cavatappi pasta noodle. It’s great with a good red sauce, or an Alfredo, or even a good Olive oil and vinegar dressing for a pasta salad, but THE BEST is for Mac and cheese. Is that even a thing in the UK like it is here in the US???
