Naruto characters: Sai's evolution

Sai is a Chūbu of Konohagakure's Yamanaka clan. Prior to this, he was an Anbu from Danzō Shimura's group: Root. As per standard Root training, Sai was conditioned to remove all emotions and as such, has difficulty connecting with others. When he is added to Team Kakashi as a replacement for the rogue Sasuke Uchiha, Sai begins to learn more about people's feelings and tries to develop his personality and identity by forming genuine bonds and rediscovering the emotions he was taught to suppress.

From Where do people even get the idea of Ino liking Naruto??? In the canon story they never even interacted properly, Ino only ever shower interest in two boys: Sasuke and Sai and only ever fell in love with one boy: Sai. She had a crush on sasuke when she was a kid for his good looks and later got over the crush and had a crush on sai, and after saving his life she only fell in love with Sai. Its called Team 7 plus Sai. I will never consider Sai apart of Team 7 he was just a replacement. Now that Sasuke is back there is no real need for Sai he is just there with out a team. There's a reason why in the Great War Naruto said Team 7 is back! and Sai was no where near them he was in the background somewhere.
