To increase chakra flow is to temporary boost the flow for an attack more so then someone usually can, either to yourself or your allies. His vital point attack can be use on himself. That's a very standard trope for vital point attacks in kungfu genre. That's why there isn't a need for further explanations.

Well. your both right and wrong with Lee being able to beat everyone, I'll list the characters I think would win / lose and undecided vs Lee and why. Winners- Naruto: Simply because it's his show and he'll win regardless. Maybe Lee uses the Lotus and it turns out to be a clone, then Lee's body is tired. Sasuke: He managed to copy Lee's speed in a month, as well as learn the chidori. Sasuke is likely fast enough with the sharigan to predict and avoid Lee's attacks. Garra: Because he's Garra, and we already saw how that fight went indoors. Now their fighting somewhere Garra has access to more sand. Losers- Shikamaru: Regardless of how smart Shikamaru is, Lee would end up winning this fight regardless. He's much to fast for shadow possession, and if he did get caught all he would have to do is wait. Kankuro: I don't think anything Kankuro could do could even come close to stopping Lee, unless something went completely perfect for him. Undecided- Neji: We know that gates Lee is incredibly strong, however we also know Neji's rotation returns the force of the attacker back on him, if he timed it right this could end badly for Lee. (I put this in undecided because both naruto and neji were knocked down from their attacks. Shino: I really don't know how this fight would go, Shino's a wildcard. It just depends on if his bugs can eat enough of Lee's chakra before Shino gets mopped. Leaning more towards a Shino loss Temari: Temari is sort of an underdog in this fight, but we don't know if she has her "blade dance' by this point in the show. If she did I could see Lee losing because that attack is insane.

Eh? I’d only rank Naruto and Gaara above him, because they’re Jinchuriki. They have far more stamina and durability than most so they can survive his attacks. Sasuke and Neji are highly competent, but they don’t have the speed or the durability to survive the Hidden Lotus. Everyone else... Kankuro, Temari, Dosu, Shikamaru and Shino don’t have the speed to touch Lee without his weights. Kishimoto has a good moral that he was trying to get across with this character, but it’s muddled by having him lose in the finals even though he was demonstrably the second strongest in the preliminaries.

Well, I think he could beat anybody BUT Naruto. As was pointed out already, it's his show. But more than that... It's the Fox. Taijutsu is honestly the worst match-up for Naruto, because physical wounds heal faster. Even with the Front Lotus, truthfully Naruto could still recover from it faster than Lee could recover from the strain it puts on his body, IF the Fox allowed him to use its chakra to do it. They're already at the point on your Patreon with Naruto that you've seen the rest of this fight. The know that even with Neji hitting all Narutos' chakra points, the Foxes chakra can simply power past that, because it's just that massive and that potent. If Naruto convinces the Nine-tails into semi-cooperation against Lee, Naruto narrowly comes out on top. Obviously we already know what happened with Gaara. Honestly, plot armour happened. BUT there are some people who think Sasuke would beat him because he copied his speed... which is true. Sasuke did copy his speed without the weights.... With none of the Eight Gates opened. Unless Kakashi also taught Sasuke how to open them (No, you can't copy it with Sharingan. Forcing the gates open isn't a jutsu that can be read by reading chakra nature or handsigns.), Lee goes back to being slightly faster then him. .... Then the Gate of Healing can be opened shortly thereafter which, as the name suggests, heals the users stamina and energy. Then we get to the Gate of Life, and then the Gate of Pain. You wanna talk about a MASSIVE power jump, forget going Super Saiyan, here's your power-up. At this point, Sasuke feels like a snail compared to Lee, his eyes able to see what's coming at him, but his body simply not fast enough to react. It's that challenge before Exam 1 all over again, the Sharingan only allowing Sasuke to try blocking or bracing for impact. Sasuke is left with only one option: Chidori. Lee may be a bit thick in the head, but he's no fool. This Jutsu must be dangerous, so he decides to stop playing around... Gate of Limit time. The arena itself would most likely be heavily damaged in this clash, the spectators scurrying up the stairs to the back ends of the stands to avoid the force of impact coming from the ring. Sasuke is fast and the Chidori is powerful, but his version is a far cry from the Lightning Blade that Kakashi so expertly wields. In the end, the sheer strength of the Gates and the amount of pain that users of the Eight Gates are forced to endure just by using them give Lee the edge. Sasuke isn't used to the kind of pain this clash would cause, Lee is. Sasuke is fast, but Lee is faster. Sasuke's Chidori is strong, but the limit-shattering power of the 5th Gate is simply overwhelming. As much as I'd like to say Sasuke could win, I really don't think he can. Shikamaru would be too lazy to actually fight a guy like Lee. Temari wouldn't stand a chance, wind only travels so fast, and Lee with even the 1st Gate open is faster than that. Shino would be interesting, the powers of the bugs he has could be anything. The last interesting case is Neji. The Eight Trigrams Rotation itself is a mystery as to if it can even be broken. The problem is that with the 5 Gates, Lee just moves much too fast for Neji to be able to time it right without relying on sheer dumb luck. However, there is a technique in the games that Neji can use called Eight Gates Assault... where he uses his gentle fist to attack the 8 Gates specifically, forcing them closed. He may develop this technique specifically if he has to fight against Lee, so that's up in the air as well...

You guys gotta see it this way. Neji is believing in destiny and predetermination. That you cant change your fate or future, everything is decided from the moment you are born. The way he thinks is ABSOLUTELY understandable if you consider his background. The main branch and side branch Hyuga family. The main branch is basically royalty and the side branch are peasants whose sole purpose is to serve the main branch. Theres more to the stort of Neji’s family but you can already see how Neji’s mind set is set in its way because he had to learn fate cannot be trumped the hard way. Naruto on the other hand is a born failure expected to never amount to anything by most of the Leaf Village citizens. But he believes anyone is able to change anything and be who they wanna be if they put hard work in it. His goal to become Hokage is to be acknowledged AND to prove anyone can be anything if they set their mind to do and WORK for it. You guys didnt get the clear picture and polar opposite sides Naruto and Neji are derived from. I hope this helps. Its the belief of predetermined destiny versus creating your own path. Actually, Rock Lee vs Neji are more of a perfect couple of polar opposites. Rock Lee born with no talent and relying on hard work alone perfecting basic Taijustsi and Neji born a genius with his bloodline Byakugan abilities and unique Taijustsu.

reminder: i’m not upset that they forgot but Gaara said 2 episodes ago that his father tried to kill him more times than he can count. that’s why he looked that way at him. also the beginning pacing wasn’t too bad to me. i actually liked that Naruto took a second to scout because that’s the smart thing to do before attacking, to me it showed that he’s not as stupid as he was during the bell exercise with Kakashi because he ran in with a Kunai and ended up with it pointing at the back of his head. so i didn’t mind but i can understand it does seem unnecessarily long. once you see the red clouds. you’ll be hooked on Naruto like the rest of us were.

It's not their fault. They have many shows they react to and it takes time to edit these. I would say 2 episodes/week is pretty generous given that they haven't done that for any other show. If you want to complain, direct it to the show runners that milked this show until it's udders were sore.

Master Of Fates - Have they set a precedent for including the movies / ova's of any other series? Personally, I hope they don't. Only 2 or 3 of the movies were worth watching and none of them are influential to the main story. The movies did a great job of not revealing any new info or jitsu before it was confirmed in the show which was great to prevent spoilers but a waste of time for everything else.
