In the manga, Orochimaru had bodies tied to a wall in his lab, also Hashirama was the one who used infinite darkness in the manga instead of Tobirama. I still get chills from Hiruzen's speech at the end

Yea the speech was so emotional. I wish there was more writing like this. He perfectly summed up what it means to be the hokage and shinobi. How much soul needs to be put in the village to maintain stable. Hiruzen really is a highly underrated character. Most people forget scenes like this.

@@quentinjones6877 Totally agree. Shippuden lost touch to scenes like this. Original Naruto (at least for me) will always be a better part than Shippuden. When the pain arc ended Naruto Shippuden basically became an empty shell of a show (for the emotion part at least).

People really be overestimating Sasuke and downplaying everyone else in the series. Temari did win against Shikamaru he said it himself he didn’t have enough chakra to do anything- sure if he had more chakra he would’ve won but he didn’t. Temari is hella strong

Sasuke is the real deal. Someone like Temari shouldn't be a problem for his skill level. Temari is a decent ninja here. Not sasuke, garra ,neji,Lee and narutos level but surely stronger than anyone else.

To be fair, we find out in Shippuden that Orochimaru parents, from the village hidden in the Grass, were killed by leaf ninjas (one theory suggest that they were murdered by the 2nd hokage after creating forbidden jutsus and then silence them, permanently. I remember seeing their tombstones in the leaf village) so I don't blame him for wanting to destroy the Leaf Village.
