She’s is as average as you can get so it’s a good starting ground. She learned, Medical Ninjutsu(That in itself is a whole field of things to learn) , Chakra enhanced strength, Poison Expert, and 100 Healings (Was gathering Chakra for 3 years.) That’s really impressive for someone from a civilian family. Now unto the prodigies/genius. Sasuke. He learned and Kenjutsu. Summoning Jutsu. Mastered his Curse Mark and Sharingan. Learned Genjutsu, learned how to enter Minds and suppress Power. Created new Fire Jutsu. Created 4 new Lightning Jutsu, one being S rank. and Learned Fuinjutsu. Was also Kage level. All in 3 years. Gaara and Neji both progressed fast (Less info on them though.) Neji was already Jonin by time Naruto returned and Gaara had to become Kage level like Sasuke. Naruto Here comes the obvious problem. No new Jutsu, zero progress on 9 Tails Chakra, slightly bigger Rasengan, and overall just plan to lack in all area’s. He was maybe High Chunin level at max. You could list small shit like he bettered his basics but nothing anyone couldn’t have done with normal ass Training. So how come Naruto falls short in his Training while everyone jumps leaps and bounds? Because he’s untalented. Jiraiya says he trained Naruto because he had no natural Tallent.

The other kids you mentioned are well trained, and guess why, they all had parents who trained them jutsu. Most of them had unique jutsu taught by their parents, who weren't just random ninjas either. Ink had the mind transfer jutsu from her dad, choji expansion jutsu, shino's family with the insects, Neji is a hyuga etc... Naruto had absolutely non of that. He had to train himself since he was shunned by everyone else. No parents no friends. Mean while Sasuke had literally the smartest person in the whole show as his brother, and the leader of the Uchiha as his dad, to train and raise him before the academy, Naruto has nothing... Not only that, while Sasuke has his sharingan which he instantly is able to use the moment he unlocks it, Naruto has a demon fox who's practically impossible to control. Especially with a boy with no guidance. Naruto having the Ninetails literally hinders Naruto's ability to train since it tries to come out anytime Naruto pushes his own limits,(like in the raseshuriken training). It also damages Naruto's body when he goes over 4 tails. Kurama is literally the angriest bijuus of them all and possibly the hardest one to control. But Naruto, even though was talentless, he was still kind of a genius. He's able to come up with quick strategies to defeat his enemies that no one else thinks of. Like that time he surprised zabuza with the shuriken clone, or that time with Kakuzu. Naruto was also pretty much the only one who could defeat gara since only he could relate to him and change him, even though Sasuke was there and was much more talented than him. For the hand Naruto got, he was much more capable than what any other person could've done. I don't think anyone else would've been able to not only control, but befriend Kurama.
