I get my boxes off of Aliexpress! You can search Naruto Kayou and find a bunch of sellers! I usually buy from Anime Card Store or Kayou Animation Card Store!

The kayou bricks come from the specialty boxes you can buy. You get two in the scroll of youth box, one in the heaven/earth scroll box, and two in the 2023 new years gift box.
