He does. The ninja on the enemy team happen to have "Focus" in their mystery. Which is basically immunity to interrupt.

​@@ys5220is that so?well there's no point having able to interrupt other skill,since everyone immune to it.maybe gave him the ability to give enemy irremovable debuff or some sort?not just plain damage and interrupt

@@j.p6082 there are only like 10 characters in the game with it. usually support type skills have it. it's balanced. (notice how that team lost, it didn't help them in the end)
