Sorry but your wrong. Obitos actions had nothing to do with Rin specifically. Rin's death was just what broke his 'idealist' view of the world and made him realise how messed up it was. He admits this himself. Besides, he later gains the ability to revive the dead, so if it was really about Rin, he would have just revived her. Instead, his actions were aimed at fixing what he saw as 'wrong' with the world. And to him, this was human suffering. His solution, the infinite tsukuyomi. 'Rin' and 'love' had nothing to do with it. This is what Obito told kakashi during their legendary fight at the end of shippuden. Instead, it had everything to do with his personal moral judgment, and trying to do the right thing, in a very wrong way.
