Lowkey one of the best fights in the series because the emotional stakes aren't really there like the others. Just two dudes trying to take each other's heads off. Goated.

C4 Karura was so big because: 1. Larger spread 2. So he can look down at Itachi when he uses it lol

7:34 A very epic moment and one of the best indicators of Sasuke's Battle IQ. It’s a pity that the further the anime went, the more it all came down to unbalanced / large-scale techniques and not to skills and the manifestation of intelligence in battles.

To be honest, if Deidara were able to live up to that stage of fight when he can use C4 Karura, he would have won since Itachi doesn't have anything to counter it. Not even Susanoo would be able to block nano-bombs at such scale, Yata Mirror wouldn't save him either

@@mysavageconstantine even in this fight instead of C0 Deidara could use C3, that bomb that he use against Gaara, when Sasuke was low in chakra C3 would have been an easier KO

@@artist0154 I don't think he was able to use C3 in that condition, more like using C0 was his last resort as it uses last reserve of one's chakra

It was voted #10 in the series (OG + Shippuden) in the fan poll they ran. It's pretty highly rated.

@@__vx3 Technically, this is the best fight in the entire series. This is how Shippuden should have handled battles. Highly tactical and varied, than what it became by the end.
