tsunade MIGHT be more experienced and has that ''nerve mess up thing''. sakura has better striking power and uses less chakra. plus sakura is shown to use poison. sakura is probably faster too. they should be similar on everything else.

she didn't use it, she only completed filling it, meaning it no longer drained her chakra. she used it when she charged at madara and later when she gave obito chakra to travel through kaguya's dimensions
