When in reality Minato sacrificed himself so that his son and by extension the entire Village would live. Most of Hercules statements were exaggerations or simply falsified. Pretty much every dis Naruto threw at him was the objective truth. Naruto, while a bit of a doofus, was the hero throughout the entire run of the series. Hercules on the other hand needed Disney to downplay all of his horrendous aspects just to make him look heroic.
