Nothing because not only did the kage did bad against unstable obito, but he went passed them and almost got them killed where minato had to save sasuke and naruto from taking damage while hashirama just went away from the fight like the coward he is.

If you telling me sasuke, naruto and jugo are a far better combo or should be a better combo than 4 kages taking on a weaker version of juubito isn't already sad for hashirama, idk what to tell you.
