Dnc the connections PvP is far more polished than storm 4 ever was if you care about ranked id say it’s better but in terms of price and value for money it’s not all that but connections is superior to the other storm games . If your a casual who’s not into sweating about fighting games don’t get it but if you love meta and toxic pvp like I do then it’s for you

@@Nobody-zq9puPvp is pretty much unplayable, sure the gameplay mechanics may be slightly better but online matchmaking is one of the worst I’ve ever seen in a fighting game. The fact that you have no option to back out after connecting with someone is a dealbreaker. (Not just in ranked but in casual player matches aswell) So when someone has red bars and connects with you you’re forced to play (ridiculous), Storm 2 had better online options, not to mention you can’t even play with your friends or play in private matches. So PVP sucks due to missing essential options that every game has.

they have the funds, story and previous games to take inspiration from, and yet they still mess up what i believe to be the most important aspect of the storm games, the qte. It's the only reason(in my books) that storm games are the best anime games out there. They WERE done right. Connections through everything prior out the window. Just like this generation, storm connections got kinda lazy. I mean yea, the Naruto to boruto series is coming close to an end (them still in the making of two blue vortex) but storm connections is a recap of every game so far. But still, at least put SOME effort. They did it with storm 4 tho (the frames from the anime) instead of animating the scenes. Overall they’re all equally great in my opinion.
