You can actually! There's something call Naruto Storm Trilogy and Naruto Storm Legacy. The trilogy you can by all three 3 storm games and legacy lets you purchases all 4 and best part, you can by them separate too. I have Naruto Storm 3 on my PS4 and I'm sure you can buy Storm 2 alone
