Gerard Terrible I don't think you understand the concept of the story. That image came from Naruto's mind. He was saying that he and Sasuke could've easily had reversed roles. In the anime and manga, this is illustrated by drawing each character in opposite roles. That includes their powers. This was done by the creators, not by hippo. :)
