Instead it was hate and vengeance that drove Sasuke, all towards Itachi. Only to realize it was all a lie and they were both betrayed by the Village that was supposed to protect him. Sasuke... Its funny how they translated tsukemen into its literal translation rather than using the word tsukemen. Ramen comes the chinese la mian which means hand pulled noodles in english. But tsukemen originated in japan (relatively recently) based of ramen. Also tsukemen isn't as widely known or popular among the west so saying dipping noodles probably sold the joke better
