I'm not quite sure the episode number, but I know it's after Naruto goes to the sand village to save Gaara. It's after they meet Sai, and then they're headed to go secretly meet up with Kabuto, but since Naruto, Sakura, and Sai aren't getting along, Yamato decides to go to a hot spring where the can all bond. That scene you pointed out is a dream Naruto has when they're staying at the hot springs. I hope this helps somehow.
