These clips are from a proposed Television music program produced in 2000. The venue was in Leachvile, Arkansas, and the headliner was Narvel Felts. I directed the shoot, and the music director for the show was Doug Deforest. We used an assortment of cameras and taped the show on 3/4" U-Matic format. Narvel was as much a gentleman as a professional entertainer. His set was well received by the audience. This clip contains two of his biggest hits from the 60's, "Ain't It Funny How Time Slips Away" and "Lonely Teardrops". Among the musicians onstage were Doug Driesel on bass and Robbie Springfield on steel.
