I Shot ya by ll and Who Shot Ya? by Biggie were simply bad timing on the release, LL has no reason to go after Pac, meanwhile the timing of BIG's song was prob puff's fault. Even his beef with Mobb is a case of paranoia because he thought that the hook of Shook Ones II was about him when in reality the first version which came out before he got shot had the same line. Nas was talking about BIG and Jay Z in The Message and Pac thought it was about him, really, the whole beef with New York is just NY rappers talking about what they were always talking about the life of thugs and guns and Pac thought they were going after him because he got shot
