CT scans are mostly done without contrast i.e NCCT. Only if we use contrast CECT should be mentioned. So technically there is no difference btwn NCCT and CT it's should be considered the same.

FESS is based on 3 principles: 1st - site of pathogenesis in sinusitis is Osteomeatal complex. 2nd - Mucociliary clearance of the sinuses is always directed toward the natural ostium. 3rd - The mucosal pathology in sinuses reverts back to normal once the sinus is ventilation and mucociliary clearance is improved . Bro about university Viva it will depend on what ur teacher wants to listen exactly it will be better if u ask ur teacher in class :)
