How do we know we are doing it right? Is this like the traditional nose swab test that goes deep down into the nasal passages? Any help would be appreciated!

1:07 you just need to rotate the swab in the nasal cavities. It should not hurt or have discomfort.

I did this and my test showed that it didn’t meet lab standards?? I have to retake. Update: they sent me a new test to retake and this time it met lab standards. Thank God I was negative 🙏🏼
