I live in L.A. USA. I did not know that SB19 existed until I saw their advertisement poster in April 2023 for their PAGTATAG WORLD TOUR. The poster was very very catchy poster with SB19 attractive white outfits with elegant coats, they look like foreign boyband with their swag and yet elegant outfits looking very professional artists.

I believe you should hire on a “as per PROJECT BASIS” only contractual personnel for your SOUND PRODUCTION, MARKETING, CREATIVE TEAM and other teams until you find the trustworthy ones. This protects you in case they are not trustworthy, you can replace them with other contractual to hire for the next projects. Consult your lawyer regarding contractual employees.

I agree if the group will have a very good marketing team like what international reactors said they will capture more portfolio . Trusted people is also good but it will be more fruitful if they will hire correct people with corrrect especialty or credentials . Market investors for high profile sound equipments they will use and fresh marketing ideas.
