Great job Rhyno and 3D!!! The commentary was as awesome as the racing was. Great day for the Nero 62 Race team. let's hear from the drivers. Golden Girl:: Great day for the Nero 62, #3, Wrangler race team.. A huge thanks to the guys in the shop that put in the late hours to get this car ready for race mountain... this was a hard faught win, after surviving 17 laps on Race Mountain....I'm a little emotional right now.., I though we were done after finishing 5th in my segment race and having to work our way through EVERY wild card round to get a chance to run with the #1's.. and then starting today in the 9th spot. I knew we had a strong car and could compete but I didn't expect this... especially for my first win I couldn't have asked for anything better (Glitter Girl was the other win, this is the 1st for Golden Girl, I think) ... the plan was to hang back and try to avoid the big wrecks. Luckily on the 2nd lap (4:22) I saw my opening, the car responded and we got up to 1st place.. Once in front I just smashed the loud pedal and made sure no one could catch me (8:54)... Congrats to Amber, and everyone else that survived this epic race.... Move over boys the Queens of Race Mountain are here. Bud: unfortunately, Bud is in the concussion protocol and is unable to provide a statement. Bud spent more time in the air today than on the track, but he drastically increased his frequent flyer miles today. Great race everyone!! On to the next one.
