I know that carolina pepper is recorded as the spiciest chilly in the world right one. But as an Indian, coming from the north east part of India, I am proud that the spiciest chilly in the world was born in my land naturally. Man !! The smell of ghost pepper/bhoot jolokia/ naga mircha is amazing, its aroma is not like general chillies. And Caroline pepper is not natural, its man made and came out as a successful experiment, I mean I would have never thought about it, or even have the courage to do so because I would have thought that the chillies I eat is natural so its good but man this is a dream for any person who loves eating chillies. I love chillies, the spicy ones and I really appreciate people who adapt themselves to eat fresh chillies, rather then going for the dry or artificial spice. I am waiting to try Carolina pepper but not in sauce form, the fresh one, as you get the actual raw taste and spice.
