Well done for making a film... It's not an easy job... Having a complete film which u can show to an audience is something really special.... I'm just going to. Critique this from from a technical stand poind... STORY well it's a good story but I just felt like it was a bit slow... Other than that pretty original and most Zimbabweans can relate to.... DIRECTING I felt like shots were just being thrown in randomly except for a few scenes.. Just make sure that the next shorts tells the story better than the current one... I also felt like you didn't get to drive the story with sound.. I pretty much feel like you left that job to the sound guys... But again well done for making a film. CINEMATOGRAPHY mmmmmm guys the I mages were just flat.... With all the resources @ Nash TV you guys could have done better... Even the pictures textures were different always make sure that all the cameras are shooting with the same apparture. I suppose u used a multi camera set up. Try by all means to tell the story with light the whole film was high key lit.. Editing... Not really bad but I feel like u guys could have done better Sound The whole film sounded as if you did ADR for the whole project. Even if you had done so you should have balanced it up with the room tone to make it feel natural and authentic. Still on authenticity.. There was no folly what so ever I just feel like guys got lazy in post... Jamal and team you could have done a better job than this. Scoring was terrible I don't want to lie. 😂 You guys you should have done a better job especially for sound in don't expect Nash TV productions to have bad sound After all this is a job well done it's not easy to produce a film in Zimbabwe
