Same here! I’ve already known how their stories end but I’ve been watching it again and I recently started season 5 and it’s after 10AM and I haven’t been to bed just laying crying like a baby!! I know a lot of it is each one of their amazing acting skills coming through and touching my heart by how real and raw it all seems! But a part is also because I lost my own mother in 2015. ...the day my son turned nine years old my very best friend in this whole world my momma passed away! It’s been over five and a half years and any time I see anything about the loss of a mother it breaks me to this day! But I must say Charles Esten, Hayden Panettiere, Clare Bowen, and Lennon and Maisy Stella sure do an absolute stunning job at making it feel so real and heart felt! This part of this episode on particular these three left a lump in my throat...and tears streaming down my face! I loved this show and every single character in it but what I loved most is how relatable it was! These types of things do happen and maybe not to millionaire country singers but to us ordinary people too ;)

this for me is one of lennon’s best scenes in the show. she sings the song with such emotion and sadness, and when she turns around to look at the picture of rayna and bursts into tears. this show deserved so much more. they all deserved so much more as actors.

This was the last episode I watched, I cried so hard, I couldn’t watch anymore. I know it’s just a tv show but the writers worked hard at making us cheer for Deacon and Rayna to get together that it ticked me off that this happened! A good friend of mine keeps bugging me to finish the series, but I don’t want to cry this hard again! 🤣

@@myrnashoults9735 this was definitely such an upsetting storyline... there was definitely plenty of shouting and crying at the television from my house when we were watching it 😭 but even though it might be so hard to picture the show without rayna in it i really do encourage you to finish it, the rest of the show is just as beautiful and well done and i think you should 100% finish it! listen to your friend 😭

@@elliesomers thank you. I am going to starting tonight. I live for this show at 1:00 am! Rayna’s funeral was beautifully done. I don’t think they were acting….I think they were hurting. I loved it when Teddy went to Deacon and made peace. Can’t wait to see the rest of the series.❤️

I worked as an extra on all 6 seasons of the show and this scene was so real for all of us. Even we wee background actors felt a part of this thing greater than we were and had a blast. I have so much more fun when I go to a concert now “in real life” because I was coached on how to smile and clap and sway on this set. I miss the friends I made in the many hours of “holding” and am so grateful for the moment I took to do a search for “Nashville TV Show extras.”

Fun job!! I'm not a fan of country music and do like to hear one now and then, but when I saw the previews of Nashville, I watched it from the first show. Crazy, bc I loved so many of their songs!! They sounded totally different than typical country. After they killed off Rayna and it became more and more of a soapbox show, I started losing interest.. Too bad they couldn't have kept the focus on music.

It's really a testimony of the sheer perfection of the musical arrangement, the visuals, the timing in direction and editing, and of course the lovely vocals by everyone, because I've no idea of what this movie is, nor the context (it appears to be a tribute to, perhaps, their dead mother?) but I was affected by all of the above. The tenderness and realness of this entire scene confounds me. The emotions from all of the actors, from Avery in the crowd to Lennon and Maisy's tears to Charles Esten's heartbreak and the way he supports the girls in an undermined harmony. I'm not an actor, but if I was and had to make myself cry in a scene, I'd just watch this. I ugly-face starting when Charles Esten wipes away a tear and by the time Lennon joins Charles and Maisy, my whole face is soaked.

This was the scene where I knew the show could continue because the goal is music. These ppl really have it. I cried so hard watching this the first time.

Goosebumps!! That's what make the difference between actors. When it comes to fall deep in an emotional moment. When I think about the whole show, I think about this scene. How beautiful it is
