That sauce reminds me of a sauce I used to buy called "Sweet Heat" here in CA. I use cayenne in my rubs, but I like the more direct approach. Thanks for the video!

@TheHollarBBQ6 жыл бұрын
2steps69 Pecan is my wood of choice. Mixed with hickory you can’t beat it on ribs. I am originally from Mississippi where we have a lot of pecan. Thanks for checking it out.

Really Kevin, measuring cups... I dont measure so much, maybe thats why the flavor comes out different. Bad part is when she says "hey i love that flavor, make it again".... Its hard to replicate... LOL

Good cook Kevin, enjoyed the video. Just one thing I would suggest, drop the back ground music, very annoying. All your viewers have different taste in music and some won’t last the whole video if it’s not their style.
@TheHollarBBQ5 жыл бұрын
Earl Ayers thank you sir. My newer videos I turn the music way down. Check them out and let me know if it’s still too much.

Way to much opening the lid on the PBC. Just cook until they reach 200 - 205. You do to much playing and watching. PBC is very simple, leave it alone!
@nathanjones73552 жыл бұрын
200-205 a little high unless you doing fall off the bone which is good too but normally 194 is perfect

You've evidently never been to Nashville. Sauce is NOT Nashville. Sorry, probably great but don't step on a tradition. Nashville hot sauce equals.....hot frying oil, cayenne, brown sugar and your choice of garlic and what not. NEVER BBQ sauce!
