Wow, wow, wow, I ate the 72 oz steak at the big Texan in Amarillo Tx. With all sides and salad finished in just under the hour deadline and I was miserable for 2 days, and my jaw was sore for a week from all the chewing. No way I could have had desert. Amazing, and you didn’t even break a sweat.

That was quite the brave moooooooooooove going with that literal side slab of beef for your 1st challenge in 8 months🐮! Little did they know (unlike 4.4 million of Katina’s viewers) that she’s beaten the 72oz. bull before in Texas a few years back. And as your unofficial video historian, I believe you also took on a 40oz steak with all the fixings challenge & doubled it just for 💩 & 🤭 too (victorious as well). Especially when going on a break, youtube is a part of an income a lot of influencers have and so they can’t just take a break with no videos, no videos = no revenue. Even if people were to view her older videos she still wouldn’t be making nearly as much! So, in order to keep that balance, they prerecord videos and save them for times like when she wanted to take a break
