I moved here some 38 years ago from the Chicago area. I've seen this place explode with growth, but it still remains the smallest big town you'll ever find. Friendly people, great music, good food, lots of greenspace and relatively safe (for a big town). I've been to most of the venues mentioned in here and the review is spot-on.

Born and grew up in Nashville...still here. Great video, but let it be known that most people don't walk around in cowboy boots (except tourists). And, while country music is big in Nashville, we have lots of other musical genres that are widely popular and played by top-notch musicians. Nashville has a thriving jazz community, a symphony orchestra, and more.

I've lived here all my life (68 years). This video was well done although I was very surprised that Printer's Alley wasn't mentioned. If you are a true country music lover then it's the place to go because of all the music videos that are made there. Example: Toby Keith recorded "I love this bar" at Lonnie's in Printers Alley. Personally I like Ms. Kelly's bar. It's really underground, literally!
