Crooks who prey on desperate pet owners. They sent me home with a dying dog a MRI and a $3000 bill no surgery was ever done on my dog. If you have $3000 for a diagnosis then by all means go for it. I was quoted $3300 for a slip disc surgery. I had to work that night so I sent my gf up there and they took advantage of her plain and simple.

You said it yourself. You were not there. So you REALLY dont know what happened. Perhaps she didnt ask questions about the care plan and so to you it looked like she was taken advantage of. You can ask the vets and most time they will tell you the things that you can get away with not doing in the care plan to save you some money.
