A journey into the world of Nasi Kandar takes us to the kitchen where the ingredients come to life. Nasi Kandar is a traditional food in Penang, Malaysia. A trip to Penang isn't complete without indulging on a plate of Nasi Kandar. The mix curry ( 6 or 7 varieties of curry) spew on the rice and assortment of dishes to choose from. You will have in your hand a beautiful looking plate of Nasi Kandar.
Chef Hussain came from a humble beginning and didn't have a formal kitchen education. What he knows is something he learned from his father.
He singles handily cook all the food which is served in his place. Chef Hussain told me the menu are freshly prepared every day, and he said his Nasi Kandar is more of comfort food as his food as the taste of a home cooking meal. There are few of his mother's recipe as well, for example, the stir-fried eggs. Monosodium glutamate isn't used in his food which is something familiar nowadays.

I myself cook great curry in my house, trying all these styles. I am a Malay, and if I wanna Malay curry, I add lot of santan (coconut milk) but after getting bored of Malay curry, I cook Indian/Tamil style without the coconut milk and plenty of okra inside..

The taste very delicious, I bean eat every week On Friday they have spacial ducking curry. You eat which biryani rice. waohh very2 delicious. You can't fine like this curry in other place.
