in kelantan we usually eat nasi kukus with gulai.. its curry version +coconut milk so its different than normal curry that doesn't use coconut milk.. curry+ coconut milk= gulai.. there's also kerutuk a different dark sauce thats taste like curry also

​@@chubroThe other fact, usually the curry powder that has been use is different from other states because in Kelantan, usually we use the specialized curry powder that made by Kelantanese. The spices ingredients in cooking also a little bit different from other states.
