Ah that. Perform a factory reset as shown in the video and you should be good to go.

As far as I've tested, only the right side can be used as single-sided. You can take or out back the left side to change between double or single sided - just the right side has to remain in your ears.

Thnx, then i think the problem is the hardware of the ears. I can also use the left side (or the right side) separately, but not both at the same time. On my phone (bluetooth devices) I see mi air2 se appear twice as a device to connect.

Turning music up and down as in volume or changing tracks? Actually it doesn't matter, the Air2 SE can't do any of those. As for removing the Air2 SE, it won't disconnect. It just pauses the music.

Recently had a new pair of these today, charged it up for recommended 1.5 hours, follow instructions of holding for 3 second till white light appears but my redmi 10 pro can't seem to find it on the Bluetooth what so ever no matter what I try, any suggestions thanks

these are really good for the price u pay for them. as they market, it is a basic wireless earphone, so this product is for people who want to have the general feel of wireless earphones for a cheap price, which it does perfectly, especially having a great battery life and decent sound quality which is probably the 2 most important things. great review man

This buds is sound clear but the bass is less than a mi piston, even they have 14.2 driver. That what the name describe mi wireless 2 basic.

That's because it doesn't have a seal around the ear like an in-ear earbud. This is an on-ear earbud.

How is possible to see the battery level of this ??? I am using samsung note 10 lite and not showing. In Bluetooth connection after charging overnight the case with the buds inside of course when i connected showed me 70% !!!??? I do not want to install this china xiaomi ai app - i do not know chinese! any help???

What you're doing is correct - seeing it in the Bluetooth settings menu. Works on my Galaxy S10+ though.

@@chrisValley Thanks for info... i've been using them for about 10 days now and they work great, yet i would never choose them if i knew that i can't see battery level with pop up and that they do not provide app. Great product BUT not comfortable at all to need go inside B/T settings to see the battery level each time... and of course you can't see what is the level for each bud and what is the level for the case.....

That was it!!! 12 days and the one bud the right one does not work. Not charge. Nothing. Reset pair again nothing. Works only the left. I will never again choose Xiaomi. It was my 1st and last..... EDIT: Since it was dead i opened it up and found that there is a small magnet that was out of its place. ( Never droped them !!!! ) There is a very very very small amount of glue to keep it in place so this is the reason it fell out of it's place. Very poor quality construction..... Of course now the bud look light opened with marks and lines since it was not an easy opening.... If anyone has this problem check the magnet.... Too sad for Xiaomi.... Even with airpod clones that costed me 15$ never had such issues....
