In my view for one question, "The excellence that Sachin showed on the field for 198 Test Matches rewarded him to play his 200th at Wankhede". If minutely thinking then, Lara watched that match live (isn't this a reward) and above all, his mother watched him bat for the very first time in her life sitting in the fans. So, we cannot deny that excellence is always rewarded.

Excellent speech by HB on Excellence, Ambition and Focus. Not only in Sports but also the above attributes can be applied in other domains of life as well be it Corporate, Administration or Civil services. HB is an inspiration to a generation of youngsters across the globe and has a very measured and balanced mind above his shoulders. His clarity of voice is his biggest asset and he connects to the audience very well. As a Cricket commentator, he is unparalleled and unrivalled.
