Hey Miss T! Consistency is key. But you know your body all too well. Make sure you are confrontable, yes being healthy is first above all! You did not get those lbs by default, your happy and life has added some new extentions yet you know how you want look. It's great you have your training to add you, but it's still your skin you live in...no shade to your trainer. Just remember what you did before and keep with the training. If you want to lose that weight, then go after your goal, not there's. ❤
